Client: Geology and chemical departments for a major university MSU-Moscow State University.
The Challenge: Existing equipment, including a Microprobe Camebax SX50, was functional, but not performance optimized. The department was looking for a cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire unit.
The Solution: Exiton delivered and installed an upgrade package for the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), including a new hardware and software package. And in the chemistry department, we implemented Strategem Unix software for special measurement of coating and multi-layered films measuring in Nanos up to millimeters. All software made by SAMx Company (France).
